A free account gives you the free lesson, a place for the bundles you buy, your progress and your own notes. Keep your password to yourself; the account is personal and bundle access is not to be shared. You can delete the account yourself at any time in Account settings, and Marta may close an account that is used to share or copy the lessons.

There is no card checkout on this site. “Get this bundle” opens a message to Marta with the bundle and your account e-mail already written. She confirms the price and the payment method with you directly and, once the payment has arrived, unlocks the bundle on your account herself. Until you and she have agreed something, no contract exists.

The prices shown on this site are the ones Marta publishes for her video bundles and for the private lesson package (price confirmed in writing). They are stated in euros and may change; the price that applies is the one Marta confirms to you in writing before you pay. Where no price is shown — for example the group class — it is because she has not published one, and you should ask her.

“Lifetime access” means Marta does not put a time limit on the bundle you bought: you may return to the lessons whenever you like. It cannot mean longer than the lifetime of the service that hosts the videos, and it is personal to you — bundle access is not to be shared, resold or republished.

Some bundles include a certificate of completion issued by Marta. It records that you finished her course. It is not an official Portuguese state language qualification and does not replace one.

Private lessons are four sessions a month, one a week, live on Zoom. Scheduling, rescheduling and what happens if you miss a lesson are agreed directly with Marta — she is a person, not a booking system, and she would rather you told her in advance.

The level test, sound trainer and verb trainer are offered free and as they are. The level result is an indication to start a conversation with, not an assessment or a qualification. They run in your browser; the only thing kept on the server is a level-test result you choose to save to your account or send to Marta.

The logo, the course materials, the videos and the text on this site belong to Marta. The photographs of Portugal used for illustration are free stock photographs from Pexels, used under the Pexels licence. Please do not copy the course content or republish it.

This site links to YouTube, Facebook, WhatsApp and FormSubmit, and plays lesson videos from YouTube or Bunny Stream. What happens on those services is governed by their own terms, not by these.

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Nothing here limits the rights you have as a consumer under Portuguese or EU law.
